The present invention relates to a grill for roasting meat. The method comprises a step of forming an anodizing processed layer of 0.5-200 micrometer thickness on the surface of a base layer of 0.4-8.0 mm thickness which consists of an aluminum alloy including at least one selected from Mg, Cu, Ti, Ni, Si, Cr, Mn, Zn, Zr, Fe, Ca, Li, Be to form a coating layer on a body which contacts meat and a step of forming a coating layer selected from an enamel coating of 4-90 micrometer or a ceramic coating of 3-60 micrometer thickness on the anodizing processed layer. |
