摘要 |

The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer which specifically binds to tetracycline-based compounds and a use thereof and, more specifically, to a nucleic acid aptamer which specifically binds to tetracycline-based compounds with high sensitivity compared to an existing aptamer; and a method for detecting and isolating the tetracycline-based compounds using the same. The aptamer which specifically binds to the tetracycline-based compounds according to the present invention has enhanced sensitivity which is 1,000 times greater than the existing aptamer and is able to detect and isolate a trace amount of tetracycline-based compounds in foods. In addition, while the existing aptamer has a length of about 60-96 bases, the aptamers of the present invention has a very short length of 8 mer and 18 mer and specifically detects the tetracycline-based compounds, thereby effectively reducing the costs during aptamer synthesis. Also, one aptamer is able to simultaneously detect various kinds of antibiotics, thereby being applicable to real life.
|
