<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacture process of a needlelike substance in the form that its base area has been reinforced against a large mechanical load applied there when piercing this needlelike substance. <P>SOLUTION: This invention concerns the manufacture process of a microneedlelike substance characterized by processing its base area into a curved shape. This process can make the microneedlelike so that its side face makes no angle with the ground where it stands, but continuously leads to the ground by a curved surface. This enables the manufacture of a microneedle where a large mechanical load applied to its base area when piercing the microneedle can be dispersed.
