PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate band extension signals automatically regulated according to hearing circumferential conditions or the like. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a band extension device extending a frequency band of input voice signals according to parameters. The band extension device comprises: feature determination means for collecting circumferential sounds outputting to pronounce voice signals extended in a band, determining features of the circumferential sounds and estimating a feature quantity of the features; and adjustment quantity estimation means for comparing the feature quantity of the features with the parameters and estimating an adjustment quantity of the parameters.
