PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit which performs high speed operation and has excellent output characteristics even if it is printed at low temperature. SOLUTION: An operational amplifier 100 includes a differential amplifying circuit 110, a bias circuit 120, and a source ground-amplifying circuit 140 which is composed of a level shift circuit unit 150 that shifts a voltage level and an amplifying circuit unit 160.
