The present invention relates to a method for treating organic waste matter, more specifically, to a method for treating organic waste matter by discharging treatment water. The method includes a pre-treatment step for sending wastewater to a wastewater treatment process and a wastewater treatment step for discharging aerobic biological treatment water which overflows a second sedimentation tub or discharging the water after sterilizing and tiltering treatment.
