Disclosed is a small wind power generation system using exhaust air from a parking lot. The wind power generation system includes: at least one small wind power generator being vertically installed inside a vertical air duct at the air inlet or air outlet of an underground parking lot; at least one lighting fixture for lighting the underground parking lot; a battery being charged with electricity and supplying the charged electricity to the lighting fixture; and a charging part charging the battery with the electricity generated in the wind power generator. The embodiment of the present invention generates the electricity with the small wind power generator using strong air currents generated from multiple exhaust fans, and supplies power to the lighting fixture of the underground parking lot using the generated electricity, thereby saving energy.
