The present invention provides sewing manufacturing process consulting apparatus, method and recording medium for clustering a sewing manufacturing process and for calculating optimized process conditions through analysis and adjustment through the clustered sewing manufacturing process. The sewing manufacturing process consulting apparatus according to the practical example of the present invention includes: an information collection module for collecting manufacturing information; an information classification module for classifying sewing manufacturing process into cluster processes having the same machine type and the same sewing condition based on the manufacturing information; and an information calculation module for calculating consulting information by analyzing and adjusting the cluster processes.
