The present invention relates to a stud welding gun for preventing the dispersion of soot that is generated from a base material during stud-welding. The stud welding gun comprises: a gun base; a cylindrical housing that is fixed by the gun base; a gun body that is disposed inside the housing to be movable back and forth and which has a pushing rod slid back and forth by air pressure provided therein; an adaptor that is disposed on the front side of the gun body and equipped with a chuck holding a stud depending on the advance of the pushing rod; a lifting module that is disposed on the rear side of the gun body and which moves the gun body back and forth; a main spring that is interposed between the gun body and the lifting module; and a stud supply unit supplying the stud into the adaptor. The stud welding gun also includes a fixation leg of which one end is combined with and fixed on the housing or on the gun base and the other end is extended to the front; a fixation bracket of which the lower part is disposed on and combined with the other end of the fixation leg and the upper part has a chuck insertion hole in which the chuck is inserted without any interference; and a soot shield which has a cylindrical shape having multiple slits penetrating from the inside to the outside of the circumferential surface in the longitudinal direction and is fixed to the front side of the fixation bracket in order to surround the circumferential part of the chuck of the adaptor as the chuck is inserted therein without any interference. |
