The present invention relates to an eco-friendly synthetic lumber composition having an excellent insect-proof property and synthetic lumber manufactured using the same which prevent lumber from being damaged by insects by having resistance to the insects and an excellent insect-proof property and recycle covering materials of waste wires. The present invention provides an eco-friendly synthetic lumber composition having an excellent insect-property and synthetic lumber manufactured using the same comprising: 25 to 40 wt% of a mixture of a polypropylene (PP) covering material and a polyethylene (PE) covering material of a waste wire about total weight; 30 to 50 wt% of lignocellulosic powder; 5 to 20 wt% of dried chrysanthemum (root, stem, leaf, flower) powder of which an average particle is 150 to 200 meshes and of which moisture content is 3 to 8%; and 5 to 10 wt% of waste shell powder of which an average particle is 150 to 200 meshes after heating. Also, an eco-friendly synthetic lumber composition having an excellent insect-proof property and synthetic lumber manufactured using the same include one or two kinds of additives selected in a group consisting of a coupling material, a filling material, a pigment, an antioxidant, a photostabilizer, and an ultraviolet absorber.
