PURPOSE: A pitch manufacturing device and a pitch manufacturing method using the same are provided to obtain a high-quality pitch by minimizing a material of a low boiling point which is included in a final product. CONSTITUTION: A raw material including coal tar is heated in a reboiler (10). Oil is distilled in the raw material by decompressing the pressure within a distillation tower formed on the upper end of the reboiler while gradually increasing a reflux ratio to 0.1-2.0. The distilled oil is discharged to the outside while a pitch included in the oil is refluxed to the distillation tower. The reflux ratio increases as the degree of vacuum increases. The temperature and pressure within the reboiler are changed according to a softening point of the pitch. The oil comprises first boiling point oil which includes moisture, benzene, toluene, xylene or a type of naphthalene, and second boiling point oil which includes a type of anthracene and a type of pinenethrin. |
