The present invention relates to a system for managing and controlling an AC FAN capable of detecting the state of an AC FAN using an infrared sensor and a current sensor, controlling speed using a phase control or feedback circuit to maintain the predetermined number of revolutions, and enabling an administrator to determine the state of the AC FAN and take measures to the AC FAN in a remote place through an information network. According to the present invention, the system for managing and controlling an AC FAN comprises: at least one AC FAN; a detection device for detecting the number of revolutions and the operation state of the AC FAN; a control device for receiving data about the number of revolutions and the operation state of the AC FAN from the detection device and controlling the AC FAN according to a received control signal; a communication device for receiving the data about the number of revolutions and the operation state of the AC FAN from the control device and delivering the data through a wired or wireless network; and an operation system for storing and outputting the data received from the communication device, delivering the data to an external terminal or a web server, and delivering the control signal received from outside through the communication device to the control device.
