The present invention relates to an adhesive composition which contains butyl based rubber in which less than 5 mol% of isoprene is polymerized. The present invention additionally relates to a touch panel or a touch screen containing the butyl based rubber in which less than 5 mol% of isoprene is polymerized, and an electronic device or a photoelectronic device which is sealed, coated, or encapsulated by the adhesive composition.
