Disclosed are a gasket for a fuel cell with excellent assembling ability and and sealing ability, and the fuel cell including the same. The gasket for the fuel cell comprises the following: a first gasket which is formed on one side of a first metal separator, and includes a protrusion; and a second gasket which is formed on one side of a second metal separator, forms a reaction area with the first gasket, and has a pattern opposite to the first gasket to be coupled to the first gasket.
