Vacuum is applied less to a part to where waste heat is transmitted in a vapor form than an existing vapor compression method so that unsaturated vapors are generated. The vapor is put in water of a condensing tank and is heated to at least the water temperature in the condensing tank so that the vapor stays under a lid while receiving pressure. Therefore, condensation is performed and a high temperature can be recovered. |
