The present invention relates to an outsole and a shoe sole including the same, more specifically, to an outsole which improves flexibility, maintains balance, and reduces burden of the waist and ankle by being easily bent in longitudinal and horizontal directions. The outsole includes a main body (11) which contacts the surface to be located at the lower part of footwear, a longitudinal valley (12) which is formed from the front to the rear of the main body and divides the main body into an inner main body and an outer main body, a first connector (13) which connects the inner main body to the outer main body, a horizontal valley (14) which is formed from the inner end to the outer end of the main body and divides the main body into a front main body and a rear main body, a second connector (15) which connects the front main body to the rear main body. |
