The present invention relates to a precast concrete module for securely integrating concrete modules by allowing loop steels protruding to the joints of the concrete modules to connect the adjacent concrete modules through connecting rods, a joint structure of the precast concrete module, and a precast concrete structure having the same. Concave parts (10) and convex parts (20) are successively formed on the joints of a bottom plate module (1) in a horizontal direction. The loop steels (2) are protruding from the convex parts (20). Through holes (21) are formed in the convex parts (20). The concave parts (10) formed in the concrete modules cross each other. The concave parts (10) formed in one concrete module face the convex parts (20) formed in the other concrete module. When the loop steels are located inside of the concave parts formed in the other concrete module, connecting rods (3) are inserted into the through holes (21) formed in the convex parts (20) of each concrete module (1), and the connecting rods (3) are arranged to be located on the inner side of the loops of the loop steels (2). Filler (4) is filled in the concave parts (10) and is hardened. The precast concrete structure has a structure for integrating the concrete modules to transfer force from one concrete module to the other concrete module through the loop steels and the connecting rods.
