The present invention relates to crosslinked hyaluronic acid epoxide and, more specifically, to a crosslinked hyaluronic acid epoxide containing natural hyaluronic acids by mixing crosslinked hyaluronic acid epoxide and the natural hyaluronic acids. The crosslinked hyaluronic acid epoxide is able to easily control rheological properties such as viscoelasticity and degradation period according to the composition and improve adhesion to biological tissues. The crosslinked hyaluronic acid epoxide containing the natural hyaluronic acid has superior biocompatibility, biodegradation, and physical stability, thereby being used as a dental filler, an adjuvant for orthopedics, a filler for plastic surgery, an anti-adhesion agent, a cell support, or a drug delivery system.
