The method includes: acquiring a caller number and a destination number upon receipt of a request for connecting to a specific destination number, acquiring history data relating to the destination number and caller number from history data storage, analyzing the acquired history data in accordance with preset notification adequacy determination rules to determine whether to provide notification of the new phone number, and transmitting notification data.
