The present invention relates to a soldering flux composition including solvents selected from a group comprising; (a) gum rosin and rosin containing rosin esther, and (b) activation agent containing a carboxylic acid group, and (c) corrosion inhibitor containing a sugar alcohol compound, and (d) a glycol ether system compound, an esther system compound and a ketone system compound.
