HYDROGEL HAVING REDUCING AGENTS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a hydrogel containing a metal reducing agent wherein adsorption performance and selectivity for the specific metal are improved by including the metal reduction material on the surface or in the inside, and a method for manufacturing the same. The hydro gel according to the present invention contains the metal reduction material such that metal recovering ability can be improved, and addionally, specific valuable metals can be selectively recovered. Addtionally, the method according to the invention is capable of solid-liquid separation in recovering valuable metals so as to simplify the process compared with the existing hydrometallurgical processes, and does not generate a secondary sludge so as to manage the process in a more environment-friendly way. Selective recovering of valuable metals is possible using characteristics of the metal reduction material, and thereby, enabling to efficiently separate and recover valuable metals which is difficult to separate in a water system.
