The present invention relates to a cooling device and a control method for the same. The cooling device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a compressor to compress refrigerant; a condensation pipe to allow the high pressure refrigerant to flow from the compressor; a cooling member to exchange heat with the refrigerant and change the phase; a body on the outer side of the condensation pipe to allow the cooling member to flow; and a sensor positioned on the body to measure the temperature of the cooling member. The control method for the cooling device according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises a step of compressing refrigerant in the compressor; a step of allowing the high pressure and temperature refrigerant to flow in the condensation pipe from the compressor; a step of changing the phase of the cooling member by exchanging the heat with the refrigerant; and a step of measuring the temperature of the cooling member. |
