The present invention relates a flux composition for solder including: (a) resins including gum rosin and rosin ester; (b) activation agents including a carboxyl acid group; (c) anticorrosive agents including an azole compound; and (d) a solvent selected from a group consisting of a glycol ether-based compound, an ester-based compound, and a ketone-based compound.
