An RF power amplifier according to an embodiment of the present invention is easily applied in an array antenna system and has high efficiency characteristics. In the embodiment, provided is a compact RF power amplifier made up of a Doherty amplifier comprising: a carrier amplifier including a first input impedance matching unit which matches input impedance of a first RF signal, a first amplify unit which amplifies the first RF signal matched by the first input impedance matching unit, to a first amplified RF signal, and a first output impedance matching unit which matches output impedance of the first amplified RF signal; and a peak amplifier including a second input impedance matching unit which matches input impedance of a second RF signal, a second amplify unit which amplifies the second RF signal matched by the second input impedance matching unit, to a second amplified RF signal, and a second output impedance matching unit which matches output impedance of the second amplified RF signal, wherein the peak amplifier outputs the second amplified RF signal when a power level of the first amplified RF signal reaches a set power level.
