A method and a system for charging for an ISP managed P2P CDN service (IMPCS) are disclosed. The method for charging for an IMPCS comprises the following steps: an IMPCS system receives download result information of downloaded cases performed in a P2P mode from a service use system using an IMPCS; and the IMPCS system generates distribution information to distribute rewards for the downloaded cases to each of at least one internet service provider (ISP) participating in the downloaded cases based on the received download result information.
