The smart apparatus with an automatic call function for emergency rescue comprises: an emergency calling terminal for automatically sending an emergency rescue call signal using a predetermined external phone number if a given word or a syllable is detected, wherein a few words or syllables for detecting emergency situations are previously determined using an automatic call application for emergency rescue; and an emergency rescue center server for continuously tracking the location of the emergency calling terminal by tracking location information included in the relevant emergency rescue call signal, and quickly processing the emergency rescue operations by collecting additional information required to rescue the terminal user using personal information included in the emergency rescue call signal if the emergency rescue call signal with location information about the user terminal and registered personal information about the user is received from the emergency calling terminal.
