The present invention relates to an apparatus for reciprocation of a winding roller in a jigger dyeing machine, in which, when a fabric inside the jigger dyeing machine is repeatedly immersed in a dyeing liquid and wound while reciprocating between two winding rollers, one winding roller is allowed to reciprocate to wind fabric thereon, thereby preventing non-uniform dyeing caused by the fact that both selvage portions of the wound fabric is thickened and a central portion of the wound fabric is thinned. The present invention is composed of a movable roller, a fixing roller, a sliding rotation unit disposed at one side of the movable roller, and a sliding reciprocation unit disposed at the other side of the movable roller, so that one winding roller of the jigger dyeing machine winds the fabric thereon while reciprocating between both sides by a predetermined distance and the other winding roller is fixed, thereby preventing both selvage portions of the fabric wound on the both winding rollers from being wound at the same location. In order to prevent both selvage portions of the fabric wound on the winding rollers inside the jigger dyeing machine from being wound at the same location, one winding roller is allowed to continuously reciprocate to wind the fabric thereon so that both selvage portions and the central portion of the fabric immersed in a dyeing liquid and then wound on the winding rollers can have the same thickness if possible. This action can uniformly improve the permeability of the dyeing liquid into the wound fabric, thereby improving the quality of the dyed fabric and increasing costs and productivity of the fabric. Accordingly, the present invention has large advantages in various ways. |
