<p>PURPOSE: A process for fabricating dual flocking film yarn is provided to ensure excellent texture and to absorb noise. CONSTITUTION: A process for fabricating dual flocking film yarn comprises: a step of coating the upper side of synthetic resin film using adhesive with a doctor knife; a step of transplanting staple n a flocking room and drying to prepare a primary product; a step of uniformly applying the adhesive on the other side of the primary product with the doctor knife; a step of planting the staple in the flocking room and drying to prepare a finished product; a step of passing the product through a feed roller; a step of passing the product through a guide roller to divide a plurality of strands; and a step of passing the strands through the feed roller.</p> |
