<p>A liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof prevent the degradation of image quality due to a resistive difference between adjacent data wires by forming a data link wire with the same wire layer in a subpixel with the same color in a dual link structure for a narrow bezel. The liquid crystal display device of the present invention includes: a first substrate which is divided into a pixel part and a driving part; a plurality of data lines and gate lines which are arranged on the pixel part of the first substrate and partition the subpixels; a thin film transistor which is formed on the subpixel of the first substrate; data link wires which are formed on the driving part of the first substrate and transmit data signals to the data lines; and a second substrate which is bonded to the first substrate. The data link wires are composed of a plurality of first data link wires which are formed on a data wire layer and a plurality of second data link wires which are formed on a gate wire. The data link wires which are connected to each subpixel are arranged on different layers in a unit pixel which includes red, green, and blue subpixels.</p> |
