METHOD OF SHAPING WITH SURFACE REINFORCEMENT OF LONG PANELS

A method of shaping with surface reinforcement of long panels consists in that a bending element acts on a panel. The bending element dynamically acts on the panel by pressurized air along a predetermined path, and metal shot is used as a bending element. The panel is mounted immovably. The resulting curvature of the panel is measured by technical means and compared for adjustment of action by the bending element on the panel in the system control unit with required theoretical profile of panel. The comparison result is displayed on a display device.
