A method for treating the inflammatory diseases of the intestines provides for diet and the drugs comprising Mesalazin, systemic and/or topical glucocorticosteroids at the conventional therapeutic doses, microcapsulated enterosoluble dosage form of the enzyme drug, one tablet after the meal. As the enzyme drug, Pangrol, 25,000 lipase U is provided for 2 weeks followed by Pangrol, 20,000 lipase U for the next two weeks. Mezim forte, 10,000 lipase U is used for the next four weeks followed by Mezim forte, 3,500 lipase U for extra four weeks. |
