BARREL-LIKE WORKING BODY OF TUBE ROPE CONVEYOR

A barrel-like working body of a tube rope conveyor is designed as a flexible rope with has rigidly fastened round feeding wheels with a definite step and a plane perpendicular to the axis of rope, and on both sides of feed drives of the rope there are rigidly mounted stopping washings. Feeding disks are made as a barrel-like disks with increased open diameter directed to the working body fixed with a step T, where T is the step between adjacent barrel-like feeding facets. The stopping washings are made with lengthened hubs of length equal to (0.2 ... 0.3 mm) and an inner diameter interacting with the rope to which they are rigidly fixed in a known manner. The internal surfaces of the barrel-like working body are made with mirror roughness R= 0.16 ... 0.30 µm.
