A method for videoasisst needle biopsy of peripheral lung neoplasm consist of a needle biopsy of lung tumors with the direction of bioptates to cytological and histological studies and spiral computed thermography. Additionally, preoperative diagnostic of pneumothorax superimposition is performed with the achievement of lung collapse on one third and spiral computed thermography for determining the place of tthorac ports under one-lung intubation anesthesia and videotorascopy is performed under video tumor biopsy , and then punctures lung are treated with 3 % hydrogen peroxide solution and their diatremocoagulation, revision of pleural cavity with determination of neoprocess prevalence and operability , and in the end of surgery , after tracheal anesthesia , gradual inflation of the lungs is performed with the assessment of aero - and hemostasis. |
