PURPOSE: A winter sport simulator and a controlling method according to thereof are provided to provide a reality experience by expressing changes generated in absence of boarding of trainer through a simulator module or a display as well as providing the geographical information or scenery information to the trainer according to the skeleton course or a luge of winter sport. CONSTITUTION: A winter sport simulator provides a simulating experience of descending to a user according to a course. The simulator is able for user in lying down or facing down position and comprises a boarding member detecting the movement of center of gravity or directional change of user, the multiple floating means(81-84) floating the boarding member into the air, the multiple actuator(85-88) controlling degree of freedom of boarding member by controlling tension and length of the floating means, a display providing the scenery information of course to user as separated in distance with the boarding member, and a control device controlling any one of the actuator or the display. |
