PURPOSE: A water-cooled cooking device with a gas-liquid separator is provided to prevent the excessive consumption of cooling water by separately installing the gas-liquid separator. CONSTITUTION: A water-cooled cooking device has a gas-liquid separator. The gas-liquid separator comprises a separating tank(20), a pressure tank(30), a water heat tank(40), a scattering tank, and a condensate tank. The separating tank receives high-temperature steam and liquid from a gas-liquid pipe. The pressure tank supplies water to a circulating pipe(7) and a water tank(8). The water heat tank is mounted at the bottom of the pressure tank to transfer heat. The scattering tank receives gas from the separating tank. The condensate tank collects condensate transferred from the scattering tank and the separating tank. |
