A liquid crystal display device according to the present invention prevents the thermal deformation of a backlight unit by preventing a twist phenomenon due to the difference of a thermal expansion coefficient by minimizing the expansion interference of an LED housing with regard to a cover bottom by dividing the LED housing and changing a coupling hole which is located on the outside of each divided LED housing part into a slot. The liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal panel which outputs an image by forming a liquid crystal layer between a color filter substrate and an array substrate; a plurality of LED arrays which are installed on the lower side of one side of the liquid crystal panel and supply light to the liquid crystal panel; a light guide plate which is installed in the light output direction of the LED array; the LED housing to which the LED array and an LED printed circuit board for driving the LED array are attached; and the cover bottom which is arranged on the lower side of the light guide plate and is coupled to the LED housing by a plurality of coupling units. The LED housing is divided into at least two LED housing parts and the coupling hole which is located on the outside of each divided LED housing part has a slot shape.
