The present invention relates to a synthesis test device of a thyristor valve comprising a current source circuit which applies a current when a thyristor valve is turned on; a voltage source circuit which applies a reverse voltage and a forward voltage when the thyristor valve is turned off; and a first subsidiary valve which disposed between the current source circuit and a contact point of the thyristor valve and the voltage source circuit, insulates the current source circuit and the voltage source circuit, and protects the current source circuit and the voltage source circuit from a high voltage.
