A support structure for wind turbines comprising a column shaft (1) partially formed by superimposed annular structural sections attached to each other by transverse joints (7), each of said structural sections integrating at least two precast concrete wall pieces (2,3) having a fraction polygonal or circular cross-section, each annular structural section integrating several of said adjacent wall pieces (2,3) attached by longitudinal joints (6), wherein each of the wall pieces (2,3) is obtained by prestressing in the factory and each of said wall pieces (2,3) is assembled with the adjacent ones in superimposition to form the support structure (1), with an attachment only at its opposing abutting ends and without an additional post-tensioning affecting the entire piece. |
