摘要 A method for producing minced meat semiproducts or culinary products in a steam convectomat includes preparation and chopping meat raw material, preparing mince by mixing meat or meat and plant raw material with introduction of salting ingredients and a food supplement and further introduction of fresh cleaned bulb onion, forming and further cooling (freezing) or forming culinary products and frying thereof. Additionally in meat raw material dried algae laminaria powder is added, which is preliminary hidrated in a cutter in ratio: laminaria:water – 1:(3-3.5) in the amount of 1.0-1.2 % of total raw material weight, and then culinary product is fried in the steam convectomat “Unix” under the temperature 200 °C during 9 minutes.
