A method for restoration of ceramic coating of metal-ceramic dental bridge comprises the preparation of the chipping surface, the selection of the material that is similar in color to the restored coating, the assessment of the range of the chipping surface, impression taking, the manufacture of the working cast, the fixation of the prepared item. When the chipping surface is treated, the ceramic remnants at the site of chipping are abrased at the right angle relative to the rest of the prosthesis. The impression is taken with silicon mass followed by the preparing the denture frame shaped as ¾ of the crown. The frame is then molded followed by sintering of the ceramic mass. The frame is then fixed with glass-ionomer cement. |
