The present invention relates to a blade apparatus for wind power generation, and forms a draft inflow adjusting part, which is capable of adjusting the inflow amount of wind fed to blades, at the outer circumferential part of a blade apparatus part for a facility at which the blades are vertically installed. The present invention widely opens a distance between the blade plates of the draft inflow adjusting part when the wind fed to the blades is weak, and narrowly opens or closes the distance between the blade plates of the draft inflow adjusting part when the wind is strong in order to adjust or block the inflow amount of the wind fed to the blades, thereby securing safety and economic operation in wind power generation through protecting the blades by adjusting and stabilizing the rotating speed of the blades and previously preventing risk factors. |
