A method for producing cereal flakes of increased food value includes preparation of cereal raw material, moistening thereof, separation of water phase and impurities, germination, rolling and drying. At the stage of raw material preparation dry grain is subject to low temperature treatment during 15-20 minutes under the temperature lower than - 30 °C and maturing during 1-3 days under the temperature 18-25 °C. |
