发明名称 METHOD FOR GASIFICATION OF MOIST ORGANIC WASTES TAILS OF SOLID DOMESTIC WASTE
摘要 The invention relates to the methods for thermal recycling of “tails” of solid domestic waste (SDW), with high humidity with production of resinless generator gas, suited for supply of diesel or gas turbine power plant. The method comprises two-zone gasification process of organic wastes with partial air access into oxygen combustion zone with the temperature of 1200-, dry distillation of fuel with forming of generator gas, wherein lower zone provides direct gasification process, and the upper – reverse gasification process, at the temperature of initial generator gas of , slag removing after finishing of gasification process. The initial hot generator gas is supplied into pyrolysis block for heating of pyrolysis reactor housing with its subsequent supply into two-circuit recirculating cooling system, in the first circuit hot generator gas is cooled to the temperature of 130- at continuous isolation of heavy liquid fraction of resin and dioxins, which are supplied inside the pyrolysis reactor and aged in pyrolysis reactor till formation of gas-vapor mixture with the temperature of 450-, which is mixed with initial generator gas at the temperature of 450-, and the mixture of the secondary generator gas again is supplied to the first cooling circuit with repeated sampling of heavy liquid fractions, recirculation process of heavy fraction is continued till theirs complete decomposition and production of pyrolysis gas, which is mixed with generator gas, wherein at the output resinless generator gas with the temperature of 130- is produced, which is supplied into the second circuit, where it is cooled to the temperature of 25- at continuous removing of condensed water, which is supplied into the cooling system of the first circuit, where it is heated to the temperature of 130- at the expense of heat abstraction from generator gas with production of aqueous vapor, which is supplied into the lower zone of gar generator with direct gasification process. The method allows to increase the efficiency factor of gasification of moist organic wastes on 15. Besides, isolation of heavy resins and water from generator gas and theirs subsequent decomposition allows to increase the caloric power of initial generator gas up to 1200-1350 kcal/m.
