An apparatus relates to devices for conducting physical and chemical processes by mixing, dispersing and magnetic processing components and can be used in food, microbiological, chemical and other fields of economic activity. The electromagnetic apparatus for carrying out physicochemical processes comprises an inductor of rotating electromagnetic field, a vertically arranged working chamber made of nonmagnetic material, in which on a shaft perforated disc grates are mounted, which are able to move on the shaft along the axis of chamber and have a structure that excludes possibility of rotation around the axis of chamber and ferromagnetic working elements, which are arranged between the grates and are able to move along and around the axis of working chamber. Between the perforated grates and operating ferromagnetic working elements washers are located. The ferromagnetic elements have appropriate working structure, axial lateral surface thereof extends at an angle to the radius and surface perpendicular to the axis. Said invention is to intensify the processes of mixing and dispersion of components, their magnetic processing and obtaining high quality product. |
