A method for the preparation of pathogens of the line Mallophaga (mallophag) in toto includes sampling mallophags found in birds, fixation of those in 70° solution of ethyl alcohol in test tubes for micro-samples, punching on object plate the mallophag bellies with dyeing with dye, washing with distillated water to total removal of the dye, purification and fixation of the mallophags prepared with the cover glass. 1 % alcohol solution of diamond green minutes is used as the dye with keeping during 4-6. |
