PURPOSE: An injection molding machine and a sequence control method thereof are provided to efficiently control a sequence of the injection molding machine corresponding to the operational environment of the injection molding machine by easily changing a driving sequence. CONSTITUTION: A sequence control method of an injection molding machine comprises a memory(120), a MICOM(110), a display unit(130), an input unit(140), and a matching unit(150). The MICOM sequence-controls the injection molding machine based on a program and a change operational sequence by storing the change operational sequence in a memory. The display unit supplies a menu screen to change an operational sequence of the injection molding machine according to the control of the MICOM and a sequence change screen to input the change operational sequence. The input unit inputs a control order of the injection molding machine according to the manual operation and the change operational sequence to the MICOM.
