PURPOSE: An adhesive tape for restoring and preserving paper is provided to have excellent deterioration stability, to have excellent adhesive performance and cohesive force, thereby having excellent reversibility removing tape by using water. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape for restoring and preserving paper is that an adhesive composition is spread on a paper base. The adhesive composition comprises 0.5-5.00 wt% of a magnesium oxide particle and 0.1-5.0 wt% of an inorganic particle, based on the total weight of the composition. The inorganic particle is a mixture of one or two more selected from titanium dioxide, silica, and zeolite. The magnesium oxide particle and inorganic particle have a particle size of 5 micron or less.
