A method for treatment autism comprises the preparing compositions as cell suspension containing stem cells , with its subsequent cryoconservation and at least one administration of said cell suspension of stem cells. Two preparations are made in the form of cell suspension of stem cells isolated from human fetus material of 5 – 9 week of gestation, one of which contains fetal liver stem cell and the second slurry comprises neural stem cells of fetal brain. The cell suspension of fetal liver stem cells is administered by intravenous injection , and the cell suspension of neural stem cells of fetal brain is administered layer by layer. Prior to adminestering the suspension of fetal liver stem cell the premedication is further performed.
