The present invention relates to a method for accurately forming an external sheet with a shape and pattern and attaching the external sheet to the outside of an article and providing a method for forming a print sheet which comprises: an outward shape extraction step of attaching a first sheet to the adhesive area of an object and forming an outer line; a digital image formation step for forming a digital image by scanning the outer line which is extracted through the first sheet; and an adhesion step for attaching the print sheet to the adhesive area.
