PURPOSE: An optical member and a display device having the same are provided to arrange optical buffering materials around wavelength conversion particles, thereby allowing the optical buffering materials to effectively perform optical buffering. CONSTITUTION: An optical member includes a host, a plurality of wavelength conversion particles(430), and a plurality of organic materials. The plurality of wavelength conversion particles is arranged in the host. The plurality of organic materials is disposed in the host and excited by incident light. The plurality of organic materials includes a ketone compound, a triazole compound, or a triazine compound. |
